This page allows our customers to place orders, directly with our factory.

Download a copy of our order form

You can download a copy of our order form as a Microsoft Word Document or as an Adobe PDF File. You can even download a Zip File containing both formats (as well as an Rich Text Format, suitable for all versions of Microsoft word and many other similar applications).

You can then fax your completed order form directly to us (or e-mail it to our sales staff at this address: sales@readymadepictureframe.com

Complete an online version of our order form

Alternatively, you can also complete the online version of our order form below. When complete simply press the SEND button and your trade order will be e-mailed directly to our sales staff, who will then contact you to confirm your order and make the necessary arrangements for payment and delivery.

Please note:  if you leave the "Qty." box empty then that line will automatically not be added to your order.   You MUST have a current e-mail address to make use of this facility.

* If you are requesting multi-aperture frames all you need to fill out is Qty, Multi-Aperture Code and Mould Ref boxes on that line.  However, to ensure clarity, also select Pricing Group: Multi-Aperture. Please see multi-aperture page for more details on the codes.
